これは東大受験生を指導していて、最もよくいただく質問の1つです。
確かに共通テストでも100点分の点数がありますし、東大でも120点中30点とリスニングの重要度は年々高まっていると言えるでしょう。
しかし、それにも関わらず、リスニングの勉強法や、どのように力をつけていけばいいかなどを教えてくれる教材や先生はなかなか少ないものです。
そこで、今回は、本当に0の状態からどのようにリスニング力を鍛えていけば良いのか、
ロードマップをあなたにお伝えしようと思います。
まずはレベルに合わせた対策をすることが大事
本題に入る前に、あなたのレベルはどれくらいなのか、知っておく必要があります。
具体的には3つのレベルのうち、あなたが大体どの位置にいるのか、把握しておきましょう。
レベル１：共通テストで8割いかないレベル
レベル２：共通テストは8割以上取れるが、東大のリスニングは未経験・15点以下
レベル３：共通テストで9割以上・東大リスニングも半分以上は取れる
大体で構いません。
レベル１からレベル３の中であなたはどの位置なのか、把握しておきましょう。
今からレベルごとの対策をオススメの参考書を含めて話しますので、自分と関係のないレベルがあれば読み飛ばしてしまって構いません。
レベル１：共通テストで8割いかないレベルのリスニング対策
まずは、リスニング始めたて・苦手な人のフェーズです。
一番は短い文章のリスニングに慣れることが重要です。
なので、まずは共通テストレベルの短い英語の勉強から始めてみてください。
・灘高キムタツのセンター試験英語リスニング合格の法則（アルク）
あたりのレベルから始めてみると良いでしょう。
大事なのはどの参考書をやるか、よりもレベルに合った参考書を進めることです。
なので、共通テストレベル、のものであれば、何でも構いません。
とりあえずやってみて慣れていくことが先決です。
また、帰国子女であるとか、日常的に英語に触れる環境でない人は
基本的に毎日英語を聞く習慣をつけることが大事です。
もちろん、質を追求するのも大事ですが、英語は学問ではなく言語なので、やはり慣れもかなり必要となります。
特に英語が母国語でない私たちにとっては毎日触れていないとすぐに実力が落ちてしまいます。
なので、最悪洋楽を聞くレベルでも構いませんので、毎日英語を聞く習慣を忘れないようにしましょう。
レベル２：東大リスニングはできないレベル
共通テストレベルはある程度できるけど、東大レベルはやったことない・まだ通用しないという人のフェーズです。
共通テストのリスニングと東大のリスニングの最も大きな違いは
やはり文章の長さです。
共通テストのリスニングは長くても1分程度ですが、東大は約5分の長文のリスニングが3題出題されます。
なので、まずは、息の長いリスニングに慣れていくことが非常に重要です。
共通テストから東大のリスニングの橋渡しとしてとてもオススメなのが、英検準一級のリスニングです。
・英検準1級リスニング問題150（旺文社）
この中でも短文ではなく、長いものが有効です。
共通テストよりも若干長く、かつ難易度もやや高いです。
なので、このあたりで対策を進めていくことが重要でしょう。
また、ある程度慣れてきたら、東大リスニングの前にこれをやっておくのもオススメです。
・キムタツの東大英語リスニング Basic（アルク）
東大リスニング対策直前にやるレベルの参考書です。
聞き方のコツなども本書では指南してくれているので、東大リスニングへの取り組み方・難易度含めて力強い味方になってくれると思います。
レベル３：東大レベル
東大レベルのリスニングの基礎力を持っている人のフェーズです。
ここまで基礎力があれば、
あとはきちんと対策をすれば30点中24点ほどは確実に取れるようになるはずです。
オススメの3冊を紹介します。
・新 キムタツの東大英語リスニング（アルク）
東大対策の鉄板書です。レベル２でも述べましたが、単に問題があるというだけでなく、どんな部分に注意して読めばいいかや復習の仕方についても冒頭に載っているため、今後の学習の仕方の大きな指針になってくれるはずです。
・新 キムタツの東大英語リスニング Super（アルク）
先ほどの「東大英語リスニング」のパワーアップverです。内容はもとより、テスト環境を再現した雑音（ペンや車の音など）が収録されています。仕上げの一冊として活用されると良いでしょう。
・鉄緑会 東大英語リスニング（KADOKAWA）
鉄緑会のオリジナル問題の参考書です。難易度はもちろん、アメリカ英語以外の英語の音声が収録されているのがポイントです。例えば、イギリス・オーストラリアなど聞き取りにくい英語に加え、インド人の英語なども入っているため、この1冊をきちんとこなせば、あなたのリスニングレベルは相当なものになっているでしょう。
