では、具体的にどのようにすればケアレスミスは減るのでしょうか？
まずは、
①普段の勉強や模試においてケアレスミス・イージーミスで失点した問題を洗い出します。
ここでいうケアレスミス・イージーミスというのは画像のオレンジの領域です。
次に
②そこで犯したミスを類別化します。
例えば、数学の例でいくならこんな風にです。

1位：プラス・マイナスを入れ替えてしまった
2位：累乗を書き忘れた
3位：問題文を読み間違えていた
このようにすることで、
普段の学習や模試・テストで意識すべきポイントが明確になります。
例えば、計算する際は
「＋−と累乗はしっかり確認しよう」
さらに、問題に取り掛かる前には
「しっかり問題の内容が頭に入る前で読み直そう」
などと意識できるはずです。
このように対策が具体的なのでアクションしやすくミスも大きく減ります。
逆にミスの類別化をしないまま、「なんとなく」対策をしていると
自分がどんな部分でミスをしているか分からないので、
「ケアレスミスを減らそう」
「計算ミスに気をつけよう」
などの抽象的で意味のないスローガンになりがちです。
結果、ケアレスミスは治らないまま、ということになるでしょう。
